One Serving Equals
- ½ cup cooked vegetables
- 1 cup raw vegetables
- ½ cup vegetable juice
Tips
- Choose any fresh, frozen, canned or dried vegetables
- Remember that starchy vegetables (beans, corn, green peas, potatoes and winter squash) are not included in this group
