  • ½ cup cooked vegetables
  • 1 cup raw vegetables
  • ½ cup vegetable juice  
Tips
  • Choose any fresh, frozen, canned or dried vegetables
  • Remember that starchy vegetables (beans, corn, green peas, potatoes and winter squash) are not included in this group
