Triple Layer Party Pie

1 purchased 9" chocolate crumb pie crust
1 (4 serving) package sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 (4 serving) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/3 cups non-fat dry milk powder
2 1/2 cups water
½ cup reduced-calorie whipped topping (8 calories per Tbsp)
½ cup chopped pecans (2 Tbsp)
½ oz mini-chocolate chips (1 Tbsp)
In medium bowl, combine butterscotch pudding mix, 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder and 1 ¼ cups water. Mix well using wire whisk. Pour into chocolate crumb pie crust. In medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder and remaining 1 ¼ cups water. Mix well using wire whisk. Pour over butterscotch layer. Continue chilling until set, about 2 hours. Evenly spread ½ cup reduced-calorie whipped topping over chocolate layer. Sprinkle pecans and mini-chocolate chips over top. Chill until ready to serve.
