Slow Cooked Baked Apples

6-8 medium baking apples, washed, cored, (not peeled)
2 Tbsp. raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
 
Mix raisins and sugar. Fill center of each apple with raisin/sugar mixture. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and dot with margarine. Place apples in slow cooker, stacking carefully to fit. Add ½-cup water. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or overnight.
