Onion Noodle Soup

3 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups sliced onions
1 ½ oz uncooked noodles (full ¾ cup)
¾ oz grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
In large saucepan combine beef broth, water and Worcestershire sauce. Add onions. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes. Add noodles and continue cooking until onions and noodles are tender. When serving, sprinkle 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese on top of each bowl.
 
Yield: 4 servings (serving size = 1 ¼ cups)
