French Green Bean Salad
2 cups canned French-cut green beans, drained
2 Tbsp minced onion
¼ cup fat-free French dressing (20 calories per Tbsp)
¾ oz shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (3 Tbsp)
In medium bowl, combine beans, onion and French dressing. Cover and chill 2 hours. Add cheese. Mix well.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size = ½ cup)
