Festive Raspberry Crown Salad

1 (4 serving) package sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 ¾ cups boiling water
1 (8 ox) package fat-free cream cheese
1 ½ cups evaporated skim milk
½ tsp almond extract
Sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp sugar
1 (4 serving) package sugar-free raspberry gelatin
3 cups fresh raspberries (or 3 cups frozen raspberries, thawed and drained)
In medium bowl, whip cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy. Add evaporated skim milk, almond extract and sugar substitute. Mix well. In small bowl, combine 1 cup water and lemon gelatin. Add to cream cheese mixture, blending well. Pour into 8" x 8" baking dish. Chill until partially set. Stir occasionally to prevent fruit from floating to top. Pour over set cream cheese layer. Continue chilling until set. Dish is good topped with 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie whipped topping.
