Chicken/Turkey Broccoli Rice Casserole

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
½ cup onion, chopped
6 oz. (1 cup) cooked chicken or turkey breast, diced
1 (10 ½ oz.) cream of chicken soup (Campbell's Healthy RequestTM )
¼ tsp. lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium saucepan, cook broccoli in a small amount of water until tender. Drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked broccoli, rice, onion and chicken/turkey. Add soup and lemon pepper. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
