After-the-Holiday Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups chicken broth (Campbell's Healthy RequestTM)
1 cup celery, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
3 oz. (1 ½ cups) seasoned dry bread cubes
8 oz. cooked chicken/turkey, diced
1 cup frozen peas
1 pkg. chicken/turkey gravy mix (May omit mix and 1 cup broth and use 1 cup gravy instead)
1 tsp. sage seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions


Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In large saucepan simmer celery and onion in 1 cup of broth until tender. Add peas, bread cubes, chicken/turkey, sage and pepper. Mix 1 cup broth with dry gravy mix (or use prepared gravy) and pour into bread cube mixture. Mix well and place in prepared baking dish. Cover and bake 35-40 minutes.
