| Collection Instructions: |

Prior to collection obtain Royal Blue top tube with EDTA anticoagulant from UWHC Client Services (B4/220), 608.263.7060. Tubes will be marked with purple tape to help differentiate between the royal blue top tubes with no additive.

This test is for venous collection only. For specimens obtained using skin puncture (capillary) technique refer to Lead, Blood Capillary (PBCAP)
