| Clinical Significance: |
|
Serology is not recommended for diagnosis of H. pylori infection (Gastroenterol 129:1753-55, 1756-80, 2005). To detect active infection we recommend the Urea Breath Test on patients >=18 years of age or H. pylori Ag, Stool. See separate test directory entries for these tests.
