Interpretation
|

Interpretive Guidelines:
|
|
Definitive therapeutic concentration for topiramate has not been established. A single dose study shows peak concentrations range from 1.7-29.0 mcg/mL for doses ranging from 100-1200 mg. Peak level occurs 1.8-4.3 hours after dose. (Reference: D.E. Easterling, et al).
