The Safe Nursery Action Group is a group of health and safety professionals who concentrate on preventing injuries to children 5 years of age and under.The group focuses on preventing injuries and death to children that may result from improper nursery product use and selection.
In addition the group focus has recently included some important behavior issues, such as co-sleeping and leaving children in cars during the summer months.
Educational Materials
The materials below were developed by the group to help educate parents, daycare providers, churches, thrift stores, caregivers and health care professionals about dangerous products typically found in and around a nursery setting and/or used by children under the age of 5 on an almost daily basis.
