To be eligible for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist Residency Program you must be:
- Be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited physical therapy program
- Be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
- Must obtain NPI number prior to starting the residency program
- Provide documentation of completion or registration to take the following pre-requisite courses no later than August 31:
1. McKenzie A
2. Extremity mobilization (E1, MT1, or equivalent)
3. Introductory level course to mobilization using muscle energy
New graduates with a demonstrated interest in orthopedic physical therapy are eligible to apply. Post-graduate level clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic physical is strongly preferred.
