Ovulation Induction Medications

There are a variety of ovulation induction medications available. You and your physician will work together to determine whether there is a need for ovulation induction medication and if so, which medications or combination of medications are most appropriate for your situation.

Because the number of doses per cycle will vary from patient to patient, it is difficult to estimate the cost of medication per cycle. The typical cost for oral medications is less than $100 and the average cost for injectable medications is between $500 - $1,000.

 

For IUI treatments, most patients will use oral medications and will not require injectable medications.
