Once you have established fertility care with one of our physicians, our Financial Counselor can assist you with any necessary authorizations you may need.

Before you begin any treatment, you will be provided a detailed cost estimate of your individualized treatment plan.
Estimated Cost of Fertility Treatments
The cost of treatments will vary depending on your individual treatment plan. The following estimates can help you plan for your treatment. In order to serve you better, it is necessary for us to periodically review and adjust our fees in order to remain competitive.
These following tests and evaluations will typically be performed prior to the treatment process:
- Pre-cycle evaluation including lab testing, Pap smear and semen analysis
- Uterine cavity evaluation
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) Treatments
There are numerous pricing options available for patients undergoing intrauterine inseminations (IUI). Pricing starts at $408 for a single IUI, while the three IUI package pricing starts at $1050. Please refer to our Intrauterine Insemination Financial Information page for more details.
