When pursuing fertility treatments, there are many factors that may influence your decision. Generations Fertility Care is committed to helping you make the best decisions for your individual situation.
 
Insurance and Fertility Treatments

Unfortunately, many insurance companies do not cover the cost of fertility treatments. Prior to beginning any services, we recommend you check with your insurance provider to determine coverage and whether any prior authorizations are required.

Once you have established fertility care with one of our physicians, our Financial Counselor can assist you with any necessary authorizations you may need.

Estimated Cost of Fertility Treatments
 
The cost of treatments will vary depending on your individual treatment plan. The following estimates can help you plan for your treatment. In order to serve you better, it is necessary for us to periodically review and adjust our fees in order to remain competitive.
 
These following tests and evaluations will typically be performed prior to the treatment process:
  • Pre-cycle evaluation including lab testing, Pap smear and semen analysis
  • Uterine cavity evaluation
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) Treatments From $350 to $2,511

 

There are numerous pricing options available for patients undergoing intrauterine inseminations (IUI). Pricing starts at $350 for a single IUI. Please refer to our Intrauterine Insemination Financial Information page for more details.

 

 

In Vitro Fertilitzation (IVF) and
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) Treatments		 From $3,690 to $17,900

 

There are several pricing options available for patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) and frozen embryo transfer (FET). Pricing starts at $9,500 for a single IVF and $3,690 for an FET. We also offer discounted package pricing for a combination IVF/FET treatment. Please refer to our IVF/FET Financial Information page for details.

Male Fertility Treatments
(Including Vasectomy Reversal)		 From $2,500 to $9,100

 

UW Health's Generations Fertility Care offers several treatment options for men, including vasectomy reversal and varicocelectomy. Please refer to our Male Fertility Treatment page for details on the variety of options for men.

 

 

Tubal Ligation Reversal (Unilateral or Bilateral) $8,100 estimated

 

Generations Fertility Care does offer tubal ligation reversal for women. The estimated cost of the procedures is $8,100 and includes:

  • Anesthesia
  • Facility
  • Physician fees
