Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Care at UW Health focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of all heart and vascular diseases, with special emphasis on angioplasty, peripheral vascular blockages and limb salvage, cardiac surgery, heart and lung transplantation, and surgery for aneurysms.
Recently our program partnered with OR Live to broadcast a series live surgeries featuring the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Care surgical staff. Those surgery broadcasts are reproduced below and supported by interviews with our physicians.
