Arrhythmias (Heart Rhythm Disorders)
UW Health's Heart and Vascular Care program strives to obtain the best possible outcomes in a broad range of potentially disabling or even lethal cardiac arrhythmias.
Offering inpatient and outpatient diagnosis and treatment, UW Health electrophysiologists with our Electrophysiology Program carefully define each patient's arrhythmic problem, selecting the most appropriate therapy from a broad list of options.
Our team sees patients with a variety of heart rhythm disorders, including:
- Atrial Fibrillation
- Long QT Syndrome (Inherited Arrhythmias)
- Fast Heart Rate (Supraventricular Tachycardia - SVT)
- Slow Heart Rate (Bradyarrhythmia)
- Sudden Cardiac Death (Ventricular Tachycardia/Fibrillation)
- Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome
