The
urinary tract is the network of organs and tubes that process and carry urine
out of the body. The kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra are part of the
urinary tract.
Urine is made in the kidneys. It flows through tubes
(ureters) to the bladder. The bladder stores urine. And another tube, the
urethra, carries urine to the outside of the body.
