Stipend and Benefits

Residents receive an annual stipend of $40,000, 14 paid vacation days/holidays and five sick days. As employees of UW Hospital, residents receive full health insurance benefits and full access to the University of Wisconsin’s recreational, educational, and cultural facilities.
