Diploma Requirement PGY-1 Only

To verify completion of medical school training bring your original diploma to orientation.

If your diploma has already been framed, there will be no need to remove for copying. If you will not have your diploma by orientation, a certified letter from your medical school verifying your graduation will be acceptable.

Graduates from UW Madison School of Medicine & Public Health - The GME Office will confirm your graduation, so a letter is not required.

International Medical Graduates

• Bring a copy of your ECFMG certificate and Diploma
• If your medical school diploma is not in English, a translation will be required
