Emergency Education Center

The Emergency Education Center (EEC) provides training in the areas of emergency and medical care. From CPR courses to advanced life support courses to pre-hospital education and EMS liaisons, the Emergency Education Center supports health professional education and training needs throughout the region.

Prepares participants to direct a team of health care providers in a simulated cardiac arrest situation.

Provides a stimulus for clinicians and scientists to identify areas in resuscitation that deal with special circumstances.

Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)

Provides core-level pediatric knowledge and psychomotor skills needed to care for pediatric patients in the emergency setting. A book is required for this course. If you do not have access to a book through your facility, one can be purchased at the Emergency Education Center.

The goal of the Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course is to provide health professionals with information needed to recognize infants and children at risk for cardiopulmonary arrest.

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
