Red, White and Blue Smoothie
Celebrate the Fourth of July anytime with a Red, White and Blue smoothie. Delicious, refreshing and good for you, this recipe can also be altered to include any of your favorite fruit.Ingredients
1 large banana, cut into pieces and frozen
4 large fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
4 ice cubes
Place the banana pieces, strawberries, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Replace any of the fruit ingredients with your favorites if you like, but make sure one of them is frozen to make it nice and thick
