It’s summer! Time to Exercise Your Heart

The flowers are in full bloom, and it is the perfect time to start caring for your heart (if you aren't already)! Summer offers a lot of great opportunities to get out, get active and strengthen your heart.
If you are not currently exercising, start slowly and make 30 minutes a day, five times a week your goal.
If you are already in a good exercise routine, think about whether you might want to try something new:
- Try riding your bike to work
- Take a walk around your neighborhood after dinner every night - your heart will thank you!
- Use the exercise chart at www.nutristrategy.com to see how many calories you burn while doing common exercises
