Overview: Constant juggling of life's priorities can make being heart-healthy a challenge. Learn to manage stress and make healthier choices through a mindfulness practice. The UW Health Mindfulness program has been teaching individuals to use a mindfulness practice to enhance their mental and physical health for 20 years.
