- 2008 Madison Start! Heart Walk | Register now
The 2008 Madison Start! Heart Walk is part of the American Heart Association's "mission in action." Through the Start! Heart Walk, people can improve their health by walking and simultaneously raise funds to help fight heart disease and stroke.

Hilldale Hikers Walking Club
Walk your way to health with the Hilldale Hikers! Hilldale Mall, in partnership with UW Health Sports Medicine, Preventive Cardiology, Pharmacy Services and Go Red For Women, are launching Hilldale Hikers, a morning walkers program. Participation is free!There are several different indoor walking routes, ranging from ¼ mile to 1 mile at Hilldale, and our doors open to walkers at 7am, 7 days a week. Hilldale Hikers can check in and log their hours beginning at 9am at the Hilldale Hikers station located in the UW Health Pharmacy. - Women's Night Out
It's the sixt annual Women's Night Out. The evening features health information, raffle drawing, and a keynote presentation, "Balancing Act" by Barbara Bartlein. A humorist, professional speaker, business woman and author, Barbara has been described as a modern day Erma Bombeck. Her keynote will teach you to laugh your way to better balance, realigning life's many demands.Date: November 6, 2008

Women's ExpoBrava Magazine presents the 10th anniversary celebration of the Madison Women's Expo, which will include hundreds of exhibitors, celebrity guests Tim Gunn and Debbie Reynolds, exciting classes, engaging demonstrations, interactive activities and so much more!Date: November 22 - 23, 2008

National Wear Red DayAcross the country and throughout the Madison area, men and women are encouraged to wear red to show their support for the fight against heart disease in women.Date: February 6, 2009
