Dr. Venkat Rao is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with a certificate of additional qualifications in hand surgery. He specializes in breast reconstruction, hand and microsurgery, limb reattachment, and nerve injuries. Dr. Rao is chief of the UW replantation service and is a member of the UW Health Breast Center.
