About

Valerie Boll, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner.

She provides care for orthopedic patients in the hospital before and after surgery. Valerie has a special interest in preventing a common post-traumatic condition caused by abnormal bone growth in muscles and soft tissues (heterotopic ossification).

Inspired by the wonderful nursing assistants who cared for her ailing grandfather, Valerie chose a health care career to help people navigate tough situations. Known for her commitment to quality care and her friendly bedside manner, she looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her patients.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys attending concerts, spending time with family and friends and supporting her favorite teams — the Packers, Badgers and Chicago Cubs.

I love talking with my patients. My goal is to help them overcome their conditions and get back to doing the things they love.
