Faculty, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public HealthDr. Tom Meyer’s 30 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician has been spent in both large and small hospitals. Since Since 1999 he has organized a city-wide Quality Improvement Initiative for the Emergency Treatment of Exacerbation of Chronic Pain. Dr. Meyer’s interest in quality initiatives are varied and diverse. Currently, he oversees the Quality Assurance projects required for all Emergency Medicine residents, is chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee and co-chairman of the Service Excellence Committee.
