Shari practices athletic training at the UW Health Sports Rehabilitation Clinic. Shari specializes in treating athletes with an emphasis on the effect of sport biomechanics on injury and return to sport. Shari has a special interest in cross country skiing injuries and instrumented soft-tissue mobilization. She is the coordinator of the Sports Rehabilitation Athletic Training Internship. Shari is a member of the Wisconsin Athletic Training Association, Great Lakes Athletic Training Association and the National Athletic Training Association. She is licensed by the State of Wisconsin for athletic training. Shari sees patients upon referral from a physician.
Shari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science in Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is certified by the National Athletic Trainers' Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer.
