About

Sanjeev Jain, MD, FAAP, is a UW Health Kids pediatrician and a clinical associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Jain provides the full range of primary care to pediatric patients, from newborn to early adulthood.

Dr. Jain provides preventive care such as well-child visits and annual physicals. He also diagnoses and treats acute conditions such as viral infections or mild injuries and manages chronic health issues such as asthma. He has a special interest in metabolic syndromes and kidney disease.

Dr. Jain builds strong, lasting relationships with his patients and their families, and he believes that listening is the best way to provide truly effective care. He educates patients and families about medical conditions and treatment options so that, together, they can make medical decisions that best work for them.

Outside of work, Dr. Jain enjoys traveling, experiencing different foods and restaurants and spending quiet time with his family — watching movies and playing board games.

There’s often more than one way to do things, and together, we can choose which is right for your child.
