Faculty, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public HealthDr. Hoffman joined the Section of Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2005. He obtained his M.D. degree at University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2001 and completed his residency at Legacy Health System in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Hoffman is the Domain Leader for the Clinical Care Committee and has participated in activities involving M&M, departmental and hospital initiatives. His interests include high quality patient care with an academic focus.
