Peter Chase, MD, is a UW Health radiologist and clinical professor and associate chief of outreach in the Department of Radiology, Division of Community Radiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He interprets all forms of medical imaging.
Fellowship-trained, Dr. Chase is skilled in the full spectrum of imaging technologies, including ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), CT scan, radiograph and nuclear medicine. He has a special interest in abdominal imaging, liver MRI, prostate imaging, and breast imaging and intervention.
Dr. Chase believes radiology is central to the care given by his UW Health colleagues. Knowing that the accuracy of his readings helps to determine treatment plans, he strives to provide detailed, thorough information to guide diagnoses and care.
It is important to Dr. Chase to provide radiology services for patients in underserved communities in south central Wisconsin.
In his free time, Dr. Chase enjoys running, biking, hiking and reading.
