Michele Pipp-Dahm, MD

Michele Pipp-Dahm, MD, is a UW Health medical oncologist who treats a variety of cancers. She is also a clinical associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Pipp-Dahm treats breast, lung, digestive tract, reproductive organ, prostate and kidney cancers. She also treats lymphomas, chronic leukemias, multiple myeloma and blood disorders.

She has clinical interests in breast cancer treatment, survivorship, rural outreach and end-of-life care. Her passion for providing cancer care in rural communities has been the major focus of her clinical work.

Dr. Pipp-Dahm believes in listening to her patients’ concerns and needs. She empowers patients to make decisions about their health by explaining their diagnosis and treatment options.

In her free time, Dr. Pipp-Dahm competes in triathlons and running races, practices yoga, reads and spends time with her family and friends.

I feel it is important to know about the patient as a person, and the background that they bring to each encounter.
