About

Mariah Quinn, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor and an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Quinn sees patients for a range of primary care concerns, including acute (sudden onset) health problems and chronic medical conditions. Through preventive care, diagnostic support and targeted treatments, she helps patients optimize their health.

Recognizing that people understand themselves best, Dr. Quinn works with her patients to find solutions that fit their unique needs. As a long-term partner to her patients, she takes time to learn about their lives and build meaningful relationships. Through comprehensive and compassionate care, Dr. Quinn and her team ensure that patients never feel alone with their health challenges.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Quinn researches the impact of workplace culture and efficiency on provider well-being. Dedicated to enhancing the lives of both providers and patients, she serves as Chief Wellness Officer for UW Health and leads the organization’s Empathy Course.

Outside of work, Dr. Quinn enjoys mountain biking, gardening and spending time with her two kids, three dogs, two lizards and super-active husband.

My goal is to ensure that my patients feel heard, seen and validated. I strive to help my patients navigate challenges and find the best path forward.
