Lynne Sears, NP

Lynne Sears, NP, is a nurse practitioner in the UW Health Pediatric Critical Care Clinic at UW Health and the Pediatric Brain Care Clinic at the Waisman Center. She treats infants, children and adolescents who were hospitalized at American Family Children’s Hospital and are at risk of developmental or behavioral disabilities from a brain injury.

Lynne always takes time to listen to patients and families and develop a personalized plan of care.

I believe that active listening and really understanding how illness or disability impacts a family’s life is important. The ripple effect can be huge.
