Kristan Sodergren supports the management of children with complex orthopedic problems, assists in surgery preparation, follows up in the inpatient units, and independently evaluates children with non-surgical orthopedic concerns. She enjoys working with all children, but has a special interest in neuromuscular disorders and spinal deformity.

Kristan completed her master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her bachelor’s degree at Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Rush University, Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as well as the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America–PA and NP Division. Kristan is board certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner.
