Faculty, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public HealthDr. Winslow is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dually trained in surgical oncology and transplant surgery, she specializes in hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) surgery. Her clinical interests include pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, liver metastases, gall bladder cancer and biliary injuries. She performs open surgery to include pancreaticoduodenectomy, liver resection, distal pancreatectomy and bile duct resection. She also employs minimally invasive surgical techniques to treat problems of the liver, bile ducts, gallbladder and pancreas. These include laparoscopic liver and pancreas resection, as well as ablation techniques.

Dr. Winslow's research interests are largely clinical and center around patients with pancreatic cancer, neuroendocrine tumors, and colorectal cancer metastatic to the liver. In addition, she is interested in outcomes studies in patients with hepatobiliary malignancies. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Investigation at the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research. |
