Derek Hubbard, MD, is a UW Health family medicine physician and a clinical professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
Dr. Hubbard provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. He focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management and helping patients maintain overall health and wellness.
