Dr. Ford is Emeritus Professor of Surgery in the Division of Otolaryngology, where he served as Chair from 1995-2007. Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, he specializes in laryngeal and voice disorders. He is internationally recognized for his collaborative with voice professionals in the care of singers and other professional voice users. Current serving on the editorial boards of five peer review medical journals, he is also past president of the American Broncho-Esophagological Association and the Society of University Otolaryngologists - Head and Neck Surgeons.
