Brooke LaChance, NP

About

Brooke LaChance, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She sees adult patients with a range of lung diseases and disorders in a clinical setting.

With more than 20 years of experience, Brooke helps patients manage a broad spectrum of lung conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), shortness of breath, chronic cough, bronchiectasis (damaged airways in the lungs) and other long-term lung conditions that cause discomfort. She specializes in treating patients with cystic fibrosis, a genetic condition that affects the lungs, pancreas and liver.

As an often-lifelong partner to the people she sees, Brooke enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and their loved ones. She takes time to listen to their stories and works with them to find solutions that fit their goals. Through advanced therapies and collaborative care, she helps patients manage their conditions and get back to doing what they love.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys boating with her three daughters.

I strive to help my patients get through times in their lives when they feel hopeless. I hope that each of my patients leaves our clinic knowing that I’m invested in their care.
