Amber Humphries, NP

Amber Humphries, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She cares for newborns from birth to the age of one with different conditions, such as infections, breathing problems and premature birth complications.

Her care philosophy is to involve the parents in creating the child’s treatment plan. She believes that empowering parents with information and frequent updates leads to better outcomes.

In her free time, Amber enjoys traveling, going on cruises and hiking in Wisconsin.

I’m excited to see babies grow from the weakest point in their life to becoming stronger. The most rewarding part is seeing babies thrive outside the hospital.
