Dr. Ivan Oransky, executive editor of Reuters Health, will visit the University of Wisconsin-Madison the first week of November as biomedical writer in residence.
While on campus, Oransky will give a public talk entitled "This Talk Is Not Embargoed: How Scientific Journals and Societies Use Embargoes to Manipulate the Flow of Scientific Information."
