The UW Health Transplant Program would like to cordially invite you to attend the second UW Health Transplant Payor Conference. This conference has been specifically developed for payor case managers and managed care contracting representatives. The following are the conference goals: 

• To provide an educational session on the patient processes, outcomes and research being performed at the UW Health Transplant Program
• To provide information on what is new in the world of transplantation
• To provide educational materials on the benefits of transplantation
• To thank you for the work that you do to facilitate coverage for patients needing a transplant

A day-long session will cover topics within transplantation that we hope will be valuable. The topics will include an overview of each of the transplant programs at UW Health: kidney, liver, heart, pancreas/islet cell, lung, pediatric, and bone marrow transplant. These program presentations will outline the patient processes for each program as well as current program statistics, outcomes, and what's new in transplantation. A representative from our award-winning housing and concierge services at UW Health will provide information on the services available to transplant patients.
