Sponsored by the UW Health Movement Disorders Program, this free seminar series features topic experts addressing questions about movement disorder-related subjects. Presentations are open to all patients, family members or anyone wanting to advance their knowledge about these medical conditions. Light refreshments will be provided.

This month's presentation is by Art Walaszek, MD, geriatric psychiatrist. People with movement disorders might experience hallucinations: seeing or hearing things that are not there. Hallucinations can be harmless or can be very frightening for patients and their families. We will discuss hallucinations and delusions (beliefs held despite evidence to the contrary), and treatment options.
