Young adult cancer survivors face unique challenges, issues and concerns as they navigate life after a cancer diagnosis, no matter what the outcome. This conference will feature engaging workshops, resources, and networking opportunities that will help attendees Live, Survive and Thrive. Topics to be discussed include survivorship, careers and school, exercise and nutrition, long-term side effects of treatment, social issues, relationships, sexuality and more.
Mike Lang, an adventurer, cancer survivor and the producer of the movie "Wrong Way to Hope," will be the keynote speaker.
