The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Forward Lymphoma present the inaugural Lymphoma Survivorship Conference for Wisconsin, a free educational conference.

We have a variety of disease-state, focused breakouts with the most accurate and current information to assist in the management of lymphomas. Our main talks include side effect management, understanding imaging and results, emerging therapies for lymphomas and other topics.

Complimentary continuing education units will be provided for all nurses and social workers (total of 4.0 CEUs).
