• 10:15am and 11am - Healthy Heart Workshop 
  • Add Some Zip to Your Heart-Healthy Cooking - UW Hospital and Clinics Executive Chef John Marks and UW Health Clinical Nutritionist Gail Underbakke, RD, MS are back with a fun cooking demonstration that includes heart-healthy recipes. Recipes provided!
• 10:15-11:30am - Healthy Heart Workshop
  • A Ball, Some Weights and a Big Band! - Stop by to check out fun and easy options to incorporate exercise into your day with some reasonably priced exercise equipment.
• Noon - Program Begins - Meet the Go Red for Women Girlfriends Challengers
• 1:30pm - Event ends.
