You could save the life of a loved one, a friend or a neighbor. Take advantage of this free CPR For Family and Friends course offered by UW Health. Adults and children often suffer life-threatening emergencies outside a hospital. And most of these emergencies occur in or near the home.
This American Heart Association course teaches you to recognize life-threatening emergencies and take action to increase chances of survival. Through this valuable course, you will learn the signs and symptoms of heart attack, and how to perform CPR on adults, children and infants.
* This course is an orientation to CPR and is not a certifying or credentialing course.
This event is part of National Heart Month and UW Health's Go Red For Women partnership with the American Heart Association to encourage more women to "Go Red" for their own heart health. Learn more about Go Red For Women
