Learn to cook for a healthier you, Thursday, Nov. 12 from 5:30-7pm.

 

The class will focus on:

  • Steaming and seasoning vegetables
  • Preparing grains (such as quinoa and brown rice)
  • Cooking beans and lentils
  • Selecting and preparing fish

A registered dietitian will demonstrate a few techniques and prepare 1-2 recipes for bite-sized sampling.
