Cost is $375/person, double occupancy; limited single occupancy at $650/person. Fee includes housing for three nights, dinner Thursday night, three meals on Friday and Saturday, breakfast and brunch on Sunday and all group experiences.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less a $50 processing fee if you cancel your reservation by Thursday, August 30, 2012. No refund if you cancel after August 30, 2012, unless we fill the space from the waiting list.

Join the staff of the UW Health Mindfulness and Integrative Medicine Programs for a time of rest and renewal Sept. 13-16.
All are welcome whether or not you have meditation experience. Beginning level practices will be offered throughout the retreat including practices supporting relaxation, centering, mind/body relationship, self-compassion, forgiveness and loving kindness. Periods of personal time, resting and time in nature are essential to the retreat experience.
At the Christine Center, opportunities will be available to receive bodywork through two massage therapists. These sessions are scheduled independently and fees are paid directly to the massage therapists.
